Phone/Email Bookings - Terms and Conditions

• Reservations are strongly recommeded.
• Melbourne Seaplanes reserves the right to postpone flights for any reason including weather / water conditions or equipment unservicability.
• Weight restriction -  max. 110 kg. Height restriction - max. 200 cm
• Prices can change and will be confirmed at time of reservation.

Cancellation

• Prior to 72 hours from the time of the intended flight, no charge will be made.
• Within 48 hours of the intended flight, a 50% charge will be made.
• Within 24 hours of the intended flight or in the event of a 'no show' a 100% charge will be made

Online Vouchers - Terms and Conditions

• Melbourne Seaplane vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
• The recipient of this voucher is required to make a booking with Melbourne Seaplanes prior to making their flight.

Cancellation

• NO REFUND OF MONEY ON THIS VOUCHER
• Flights cancelled within 48 hours notice - Voucher not Redeemable.
